There are countless Web sites that provide employment information. Unfortunately, very few are devoted especially to legal assisting jobs. The best way to get the inside scoop on available jobs, and to land the job you really want, is by networking. Ask your legal assisting professors; visit with friends in the business and co-workers; and contact your local county bar association (many run formal or ad hoc job banks). Keep your ear to the ground at the courthouse to find out who may be looking for a legal assistant. The links I've put here list jobs, but keep in mind that anyone with a computer and access to the Web can find out about these openings, too.
