Short Bio: Mr. Lawver has his Educational Specialists degree. He also served 18 years as a law enforcement officer/SGT. He has an extensive background in emergency management and investigations. He is the Director of the School of Police/Fire Staff and Command. He recently developed the Schools of Cybercrime Investigation and Computer Forensics. He has lectured on Information Security, Disaster Preparedness, Terrorism, and School Violence. He has written and administered numerous grants and contracts. He is married and has 3 grown sons.
