Professor Nothnagel's Program

Professor Nothnagel has been an adjunct Program
faculty member for several years. A 1997 graduate of the University of Detroit-Mercy Law
School, Professor Nothnagel also maintains a private
law practice, specializing in estate planning and
administration and probate law.
During the Winter 2006 term, Professor Nothnagel is
teaching LEGL 311, Probate, Estates, and Wills, and LEGL 404, Court Rules, Forms, and Drafting
Contracts.
Ms. Nothnagel will also be teaching Real Estate Law. If you are enrolled in one of these courses,
you can access the course page through the
My.Emich portal. While most supplemental
course materials will be posted through the course
page, from time-to-time, additional materials may be
posted here. If so, Professor Nothnagel will email the
class or make an in-class announcement.
