Professor Dec's Program Home Page
Professor Robin Dec joined the EMU faculty as a full-time lecturer in the Fall of 2005. Prior to that, she was a general practice attorney. She practiced in both Michigan and Ohio. Her areas of focus include employment law, personal injury, real estate, landlord/tenant, estate planning and administration, and negotiable instruments.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Toledo in 1996 and did her undergraduate work at Central Michigan University (and thus has become an expert in schools of the Mid-American Conference!). Since joining EMU, Professor Dec has taught LEGL 211, LEGL 405, LEGL 306, and LEGL 313. Professor Dec also supervises EMU's paralegal students at the Washtenaw County/EMU Legal Resource Center.
