Advisory Committee
The Program has a dedicated and active Advisory
Committee that includes practicing attorneys and
legal assistants, University and Program faculty
members, Program graduates, and members of the
general public. The Advisory Committee meets
at least twice during each school year, providing
advice and suggestions on a wide variety of matters
including Program classes and curriculum, Program
recruiting, fundraising, and development, student
and graduate placement, and special projects.
All Advisory Committee members donate their time
and expertise to the Program because they share
common interests in the legal assisting profession,
and in helping to shape the future of Program
students. Without their willingness to serve,
the Program simply could not exist as it does today.
